Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on scarves, hijabs, under caps, or customised items unless faulty.
  • You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

  1. Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them back via a tracked service.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return


Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return the item, following our refund instructions for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
